Subscription Terms — GameSolved Odds Intelligence

1. The service

The GameSolved Odds Intelligence (the “Service”) is a professional software tool operated by GAMESOLVED SRL (“Gamesolved”, “we”) that displays supported pre-match prices published by third-party bookmakers and compares them with a selected Sharp or Exchange reference according to parameters set by the subscriber. The Service is an information tool for business use. It does not accept, place or broker bets, does not hold funds and is not a gambling service.

2. Eligibility and business use

Subscriptions are available to companies and professionals acting in the course of their business. By subscribing you confirm that the account is used for business purposes, that the information provided at checkout is accurate, and that your use of odds data complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you, including any advertising, affiliation or data-use rules of your jurisdiction. Gamesolved does not verify the regulatory status of subscribers and assumes no responsibility for the use made of the information displayed.

3. Subscription and price

Every standard subscription includes at least one Sharp / Exchange reference and one Soft Bookmaker, chosen among the available integrations. The price is set per source: 120 EUR per month for each Soft Bookmaker and 120 EUR per month for each Sharp / Exchange reference, so the minimum subscription is 240 EUR per month. On-request integrations or custom requirements receive a separate quote before activation.

With a 3-month period, a discount of 10% applies to the full charge of the period. No other volume or promotional discount applies to the standard price list.

Standard activation of available integrations is included in the subscription price. Any custom integration or configuration work is quoted separately and requires agreement before it is charged.

All prices exclude VAT, which is applied according to the billing country and the VAT status of the subscriber. Bookmakers are selected at activation. Additional coverage is activated only after the price and effective date have been agreed. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price and paid period unless a change is agreed.

4. Term, billing and payment

Monthly subscriptions have a one-month term; no 3-month minimum applies to new standard subscriptions. Customers may instead choose a 3-month period with the discount set out in section 3. The chosen period is invoiced in advance, and its full charge is shown before the order. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the current period ends. Custom configurations and existing subscriptions follow their agreed pricing and paid period.

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; Gamesolved does not store card data. Bank transfer is available for company accounts. Access and the service period start after payment confirmation. Late payment may result in suspension after notice.

5. Activation and access

Access starts after payment confirmation and source configuration. We confirm the activation date with you.

Each account supports one active device at a time. Signing in on another device ends the previous session.

Credentials are personal to the subscribing organisation. Sharing credentials outside the organisation is not permitted.

6. Cancellation and refunds

A subscription can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the term in progress, by written notice to sales@gamesolved.io received before that term ends. Monthly subscriptions can end after their current one-month period; quarterly subscriptions after their current 3-month period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term: the subscription simply does not renew. The term in progress remains payable and accessible until its end. Terms already invoiced are not refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or where Gamesolved permanently discontinues the Service, in which case the unused part of the term is refunded pro rata.

7. Data sources and availability

Prices are collected from publicly available bookmaker and exchange pages and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable for reasons outside our control, including changes to the source sites. Bookmaker names are trademarks of their respective owners; Gamesolved is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any bookmaker or exchange. We aim for continuous availability and monitored refresh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of any individual price. Decisions taken on the basis of the Service are the sole responsibility of the subscriber.

8. Acceptable use

The Service may not be used to redistribute, resell or publish the collected data as a dataset, to build a competing service, to overload the platform with automated access beyond normal use, or in breach of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, or immediately where the breach is serious.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gamesolved’s total liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid for that period. Gamesolved is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from the use of or reliance on the Service.

10. Changes to the Service and to these terms

We may improve the Service, add or remove sources and adjust prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the next renewal. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance; otherwise the subscription can be cancelled for the next period without penalty.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to the subscriber.
