1. Data controller
The data controller is GAMESOLVED SRL, a company incorporated in Romania (Trade Register no. J40/1526/2020, CUI 42210059) (“we”, “us”). For any privacy matter you can write to sales@gamesolved.io.
2. What data we collect
This website collects personal data only when you submit one of our forms:
- Contact, demo and partnership forms: name, business email, company, role, country, website, phone (where provided) and the content of your message.
- Technical data: the IP address associated with a form submission, recorded for security and anti-abuse purposes.
We do not require or request special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to include them in free-text fields.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your request (contact, demo, partnership): performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Security and abuse prevention (rate limiting, spam filtering): our legitimate interest in protecting this website.
- Optional analytics: only with your consent, expressed through the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy.
4. Retention
Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a period of 24 months thereafter, unless a business relationship follows or a longer retention is required by law.
5. Recipients
Data is processed by authorised personnel and by technical providers acting as processors (hosting infrastructure, email delivery and customer-relationship tools) under data processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR. An up-to-date list of processors is available on request at sales@gamesolved.io. We do not sell personal data.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or on the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where required.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro). To exercise your rights, write to sales@gamesolved.io.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its date.
